- No refunds will be offered due to inclement weather conditions.
- In the case of severe weather, events will initially be delayed with hope to resume later in the day.
- Only at the discretion of the Golden South Executive Committee and Meet Officials will the decision be made to postpone the event until the following day or following weekend. Delays and postponements are done only in the interest of safety.
